Assistant Manager - Sales & Business Development

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager - Sales & Business Development to drive business growth in the electrical components manufacturing and distribution industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong sales skills along with a good understanding of electrical products and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and customer segments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, account management, and market expansion.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.

Business Development




- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the customer base.
- Generate business from OEMs, distributors, contractors, panel builders, EPC companies, and industrial customers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Identify new applications, market trends, and untapped business opportunities.
- Support new product launches and market penetration initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions from the company's product portfolio.
- Provide excellent customer service through timely response, order coordination, and after-sales support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention.

Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor
