Role Overview
- We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Executive
- to manage our website, organic digital presence, and paid marketing campaigns.
- The primary objective of this role is to generate high-quality student leads, increase organic
- website traffic, strengthen the our client brand, and improve lead conversion through
- effective digital marketing strategies.
- This is a lead generation and growth-focused role, not limited to social media posting.

Key Responsibilities

Website & SEO
- Manage and regularly update our client website.
- Create and optimise university, country, course, scholarship, and landing pages.
- Improve website SEO, rankings, and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research based on student search trends.
- Manage on-page and basic technical SEO.
- Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.




- Work with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Improve landing page conversion rates.

Paid Lead Generation
- Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
- Generate qualified study abroad student leads within the assigned marketing budget.
- Monitor Cost Per Lead (CPL), lead quality, and campaign conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing of advertisements, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Reduce marketing costs while improving lead quality.

Organic Marketing & Social Media
- Develop organic growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan content calendars based on study abroad trends and student interests.
- Coordinate social media posts, reels, and educational content.
- Increase genuine followers, engagement, and organic enquiries.
