Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Event Management solutions.
- Configure Event Rules, Alert Correlation, and Alert Management processes.
- Integrate enterprise monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management.
- Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB solutions.
- Automate incident creation and event remediation workflows.
- Monitor and optimize event processing and alert noise reduction.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
- Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and ITOM transformation initiatives.
- Ensure CMDB data quality and service visibility across the enterprise.
