- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Conduct regular prospecting and lead generation to build a solid sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable warehousing solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term warehousing clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, service agreements, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Analyze client needs and position warehousing services competitively.
- Monitor industry developments and recommend service improvements or new offerings.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients and ensure their warehousing requirements are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and legal teams to implement services and finalize contracts, payment terms, and SLAs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress.
- Report key performance metrics, sales targets, and business progress to senior management.
