We're Hiring: Product Development & Production Manager

We are a growing sportswear manufacturing company specializing in Gents' & Boys' Tracksuits, Lowers, and Light Upper Wear. Since our manufacturing is fully outsourced to fabricators, we are looking for an experienced qualified who can lead product development, production planning, and vendor coordination while keeping pace with the latest market trends.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Design
- Develop innovative designs for Gents' & Boys' Tracksuits, Lowers, and Light Upper Wear.
- Research and implement the latest fashion, fabric, color, and styling trends.
- Create commercially successful products suitable for the Indian market.
- Improve garment fit, functionality, and overall product quality.
- Develop new trims, accessories, branding elements, labels, and packaging concepts.

Production Planning & Coordination




- Plan production schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with outsourced fabricators throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure all materials, fabrics, trims, and accessories are available before production starts.
- Monitor production progress and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and quality standards.

Quality & Process Improvement
- Improve production efficiency and reduce delays.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all products.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Work closely with management to enhance manufacturing processes.

ERP & Workflow Management
- Track production through the ERP system.
- Update production status and ensure accurate workflow monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal teams including purchase, warehouse, and dispatch.
