Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and customer-focused
Interior Designer
to join our Experience Center. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of residential interior design, modular solutions, and client consultation. This role requires balancing creativity with functionality while ensuring an outstanding customer experience from concept to design finalization.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.
- Create innovative and functional residential interior designs.
- Present design concepts, layouts, materials, finishes, and mood boards to clients.




- Prepare accurate quotations using the company's design software.
- Collaborate with 3D Modelers to develop high-quality 3D designs and photorealistic renders.
- Handle multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery.
- Guide customers throughout the design journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and space-planning techniques.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute towards achieving business revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in residential interior designing.
- At least 2
years of experience
in the modular interiors industry.
- Proficiency in
SketchUp
with
V-Ray
or
Enscape
.
- Strong client handling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, ergonomics, and interior design principles.
