We are looking for a highly driven Recruitment Operations Team Lead to manage and optimize lead management operations for large-scale delivery executive hiring. The role will be responsible for ensuring rapid lead response, achieving recruitment funnel conversion targets, maintaining quality standards, and driving a team of recruitment executives to meet hiring demand across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in tele-calling operations, recruitment process management, team handling, quality auditing, and SLA management.
