Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end import and export logistics operations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, transporters and suppliers.
- Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate sea, air and road transportation.
- Monitor freight, customs and transportation costs.
- Resolve shipment delays, damages, shortages and clearance issues.
- Maintain proper records of import/export transactions.
- Prepare logistics MIS and shipment status reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable import/export procedures and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams,
warehouses and vendors for smooth material movement.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in Import & Export / International Logistics.
- Candidates from any industry can apply.
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
- Experience working with freight forwarders and customs agents.
- Positive communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and logistics reporting.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
