Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging. Daily tasks include developing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends relevant to SelfShft’s audience. The role involves analyzing performance metrics,



preparing reports, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with content creators, marketing, and other stakeholders to align social media activities with broader brand and business goals.

Note: this is currently an unpaid internship but can change to full time role based on the performance.

Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing multiple platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities for creating clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
- Experience with Content Strategy, including planning calendars, defining goals, and aligning content to audience needs.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., native platform insights, Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data and report on performance.
