The Copilot Studio Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, design, development, deployment, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions across the organization. This role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, AI governance, and solution delivery to ensure successful implementation of conversational AI agents, automation workflows, and generative AI experiences that drive business value.

Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Copilot Studio projects from initiation through production deployment.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements.




- Translate business needs into AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio.
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and solution reviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive executive alignment.

Solution Design Delivery
- Oversee the design and implementation of Copilot Studio agents and conversational experiences.
- Work closely with Power Platform developers, solution architects, and AI specialists.
- Ensure integration with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure AI services, and enterprise systems.
- Validate business requirements, workflows, and user acceptance criteria.

Governance Compliance
- Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Establish best practices for conversational design, knowledge management, and agent lifecycle management.
