We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Data Engineering to join our energetic team at TechM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing robust software solutions while leveraging their expertise in data engineering to drive data driven decision making and enhance system performance. This role requires a blend of software development skills and a deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Implement data engineering best practices, including data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and software applications for performance and scalability.




- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Data Engineering, including experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data storage solutions.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
