Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Development Lead to join our team at Avivo. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of our software solutions. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. As a key technical leader, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Project Management:

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Architecture Design:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable software architectures that meet business requirements.
- Code Quality:





Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices and coding standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Performance Optimization:

Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal application performance and scalability.
- Security:

Implement security best practices to protect applications from common vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and development guidelines.
- Innovation:

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to drive technical innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
