Job Summary Integration Delivery Manager / Middleware Lead Key Responsibilities Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 20 integration associates, fostering collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence.
- Drive employee engagement, capability development, and succession planning.

Integration Strategy
- Define and execute middleware integration strategies aligned with organizational goals and technology roadmaps.
- Support modernization initiatives and integration platform enhancements.

Solution Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.

Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical integration solutions.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Technical Expertise
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance for SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI,



and IBM middleware technologies.
- Review solution designs and support resolution of complex integration issues.

Governance and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to integration standards, enterprise architecture guidelines, security policies, and audit requirements.
- Establish and enforce best practices across the integration landscape.

Continuous Improvement
- Drive automation, process optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Promote adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience Middleware Expertise
- Strong experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI (Integration Suite), and IBM middleware platforms.
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware architectures.

Leadership Experience
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams of 15-20 technical professionals.
- Solid coaching, mentoring, and people management capabilities.
