Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our EdTech team, specializing in cloud and IT products. The ideal candidate must have international sales exposure and a proven track record in driving sales growth. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our mission of providing innovative educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate our cloud and IT products to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.




- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions and market insights.

Experience Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech, cloud, or IT sectors.
- Proven international sales exposure and experience dealing with global clients.
- Strong understanding of cloud and IT products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
