Your team

You will sit within the HR Operations team, working closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition colleagues across multiple regions to support employees and line managers throughout the employee lifecycle.

Your role in the Teams Success

Success in this role means employees and line managers receive accurate, timely support whenever they raise an HR query - keeping the HR ticketing system running within agreed service levels. You will be a trusted first point of contact for HR processes and policies, ensuring employee lifecycle transactions are processed correctly in Workday and that HR documentation is prepared, signed, and distributed without delay. Your accuracy and responsiveness directly protect the employee experience and keep HR records audit-ready across the regions we support.

What youll do
- Handle HR queries and requests via the HR ticketing system in a skilled manner and within agreed service levels.




- Provide accurate and timely guidance on HR processes and policies to employees and line managers.
- Manage HR data entry and process employee lifecycle transactions within Workday.
- Prepare, coordinate the signing of, and distribute HR letters and documentation.
- Maintain employee records within the online archive.
- Act as a first point of contact for IG employees, line managers, and HR Business Partners regarding use of the HR ticketing system.
- Collaborate closely with team members based across multiple locations.

What youll need for this role

Key Qualification Requirements:
- Prior experience in an HR administration, HR shared services, or HR operations role, ideally supporting multiple regions.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or a similar HRIS for employee lifecycle transactions and data entry.
- Comfortable working within an HR ticketing system, managing queries within agreed service levels.
