To operate VMC machines for machining of dies and tool components.
Responsibilities:
- - Operate VMC machines for die and mould components
- Handle machines with FANUC control systems
- Perform basic CNC setup and operations
- Ensure required quality and dimensional accuracy
- Carry out basic machine maintenance
Skills Required:
- - Experience in VMC machining (Die & Mould area)
- Knowledge of FANUC control system
- Basic VMC programming knowledge
- Understanding of machining processes
Qualification:
- - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
Preference:
- - Experience in forging dies & tools machining
- Knowledge of Makino machine operation
- Basic machine maintenance knowledge
