Systems Thinking is the primary and essential skill.
Deep backend architecture experience (Node.js or Python) integrating with AWS Bedrock runtime/agents and supporting services
API design patterns and integration expertise
Understanding of LLM integration patterns and conversational AI systems including the tooling in the landscape and/or understanding of how tools will evolve.
System design with focus on scalability and maintainability
Experience with microservices or modular architectures

Primary Responsibilities:
Design the AWS Bedrock-based agent architecture, including Agents for Amazon Bedrock and tool/function calling patterns
Oversee integration between the chatbot, forecasting engine, and existing platform APIs
Make critical technical decisions and establish coding standards
Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews
Bridge AI components with traditional backend systems
