We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Documentation Customer Service to manage end-to-end documentation and customer coordination for Freight Forwarding operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in import/export documentation, shipment tracking, customer communication, and coordination with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and customs brokers. Salary: 35,000 40,000 per month ## Key Responsibilities - Prepare and verify import and export documentation. - Process Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents. - Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transporters, and customers. - Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers. - Ensure documentation complies with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines. - Coordinate with internal departments for smooth shipment execution. - Resolve customer queries and service-related issues promptly. - Maintain shipment records,



documentation, and operational MIS. - Ensure timely submission of shipping documents and maintain service quality standards. ## Required Skills - Sound knowledge of Freight Forwarding documentation. - Customer service and coordination skills. - Positive communication and interpersonal abilities. - Knowledge of import/export procedures. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - MS Office and logistics software proficiency. - Ability to work under deadlines. ## Educational Qualification - Bachelors Degree in any discipline. - Diploma or certification in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred. ## Preferred Industry Experience - Freight Forwarding - Logistics - Shipping - Supply Chain ## Key Competencies - Documentation Management - Customer Service Excellence - Coordination Skills - Communication - Compliance - Teamwork - Time Management
