Role Description:
The Marketing Operations Specialist will join ShipBobs growing Revenue Operations organization and support the Marketing Operations function by owning reporting, campaign operations, marketing analytics, attribution, CRM data quality, and marketing technology optimization. This role will help scale ShipBobs marketing operations capabilities by delivering trusted reporting, improving operational processes, optimizing our GTM technology stack, and enabling data-informed business choices across the business.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data and technology to improve business outcomes. This role reports to the Director, Marketing Automation Intelligence.
