Role Overview

This is a non-technical, execution-focused role. The intern is not expected to code, build AI models, or work on machine learning algorithms. Instead, the role centers on managing contributors, coordinating project delivery, and supporting talent acquisition activities that keep AI data projects running smoothly.

Depending on business requirements, the intern will be assigned to Project Coordination & Delivery, Talent Acquisition & Screening, or a combination of both. Success in this fast-paced, target-driven environment depends on robust communication, ownership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Understand project requirements and onboard freelancers, contributors, linguists, and SMEs.

Assign tasks, track daily progress, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

Monitor quality, coordinate corrections, and resolve execution issues with internal teams.

Maintain trackers/reports and process contributor payments on client-approved work.

Make 100 120 outreach calls daily, screening candidates on requirements, language, and availability.





Achieve productive conversations with at least 50 55% of assigned candidates.
