Key Responsibilities

Project Planning Documentation
- Set up project frameworks and prepare comprehensive project documentation
- Define project briefs and prepare detailed project schedules, training and transition schedules for client review and sign-off
- Develop move processes, documentation, checklists, and protocols

Vendor Management Procurement
- Create scope documents and run RFP processes to identify suitable move vendors
- Evaluate and finalize move vendor partnerships based on technical capabilities, pricing, and service quality
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with selected move vendors
- Monitor vendor performance throughout project execution and ensure compliance with agreed standards
- Manage availability of additional resources (trucks, executives) as requested for crisis troubleshooting

Strategic Sourcing Manager
- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Execute multiple concurrent sourcing projects from initiation to completion




- Lead complex negotiations with vendors and suppliers to achieve optimal terms
- Apply solid commercial acumen to evaluate market conditions and supplier capabilities
- Utilize data analytics to drive sourcing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Engage with internal clients to understand requirements and manage stakeholder relationships
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on sourcing performance and project outcome

Stakeholder Management
- Identify stakeholders and move teams, engaging them to confirm roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate with client Workplace Teams and authorized representatives for complete move process execution
- Facilitate ongoing meetings, coordination, and management of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Operational Execution
- Conduct pre-move site readiness inspections at source and destination locations
- Oversee mock moves prior to actual movement activities
