A Senior SAP BW IP Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integrated planning solutions within SAP BW/4HANA environments, with expertise in planning functions, data modeling, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Planning model design : Develop and configure SAP BW IP planning models based on business requirements.
- Integrated planning processes : Implement and optimize planning functions, input schedules, sequences, and aggregation levels.
- Data modeling : Work with ADSOs, Composite Providers, MultiProviders, and Open ODS Views.
- ETL processes : Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading using process chains.
- Performance tuning : Optimize BW objects in SAP BW on HANA.
- Custom functions : Write ABAP code, FOX formulas, and HANA SQL scripts for planning functions.
- Reporting : Build queries using BEx Query Designer and Analysis for Office.
- Integration : Ensure smooth data flow from ECC/S4 modules (FI, CO, MM, SD).
- Support & troubleshooting : Resolve system performance and data consistency issues.




- Documentation & training : Create technical documents and provide end user training.

Required Skills
- Robust SAP BW IP expertise : Planning functions, FOX scripting, AMDP based planning functions.
- SAP BW/4HANA knowledge : Advanced modeling, LSA++ architecture, extractors, and data loading.
- Programming skills : ABAP, HANA SQL procedures, and BADI implementations.
- SAP BPC familiarity : Advantageous for advanced planning and consolidation.
- Cross functional integration : Experience with FI/CO, MM, SD modules.
