The Role

As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in building and nurturing a high-performing workforce by leading talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and people development initiatives.



You will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive HR strategies that align with business goals while fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture.

What you need for this role
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Experience: 5 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with experience in fast-paced startups or IT organizations preferred.
- HR Expertise:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and documentation.
