We are looking for hands-on and technically sound Service Engineers with 1 to 5 years of experience - who can test, debug, and repair advanced power electronics products such as EV chargers, battery swapping systems, inverters, and other such power electronics systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electronic circuits, semiconductor devices, and test equipment, along with a customer-first mindset.
- Test and troubleshoot power products like EV chargers, inverters, and DC-DC converters at board and system level.
- Use test and diagnostic equipment such as digital multimeters (DMM), oscilloscopes, clamp meters, LCR meters, and other lab tools.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics, layout drawings, and datasheets to identify issues in circuitry.
- Identify and replace faulty semiconductor components such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, transistors, diodes, etc.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and reliability checks on products.
- Support field deployment and customer service requests, including on-site troubleshooting and repair.




- Prepare detailed service and diagnostic reports for internal and external communication.
- Coordinate with design and R&D; teams for feedback and product improvements based on field issues
- Manage quality documentation, reports, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in testing and repairing electronic boards or power products.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor devices and analog/digital circuits.
- Ability to read and understand circuit schematics and PCB layouts.
- Familiarity with safety procedures while working on high-voltage systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively and support customers across India.
- Robust problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently or in teams.
