Advisor - PC Operations

Location: Bangalore, IN

Must Have
- 3 5 years of experience in HR Operations / PC Operations.
- Prior experience in a GCC or Shared Services setting.
- Hands-on experience managing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, employee changes, exits).Experience with HRIS administration; SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
- Understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI.

Good to have
- Experience managing induction, internship, or apprentice programs.Knowledge of background verification processes and vendor management.
- Experience in people analytics and HR reporting.
- Exposure to budget tracking, accrual management, and invoice processing.
- Experience documenting SOPs and driving process standardization.
