The Admissions Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process for international students, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submission of applications to partner universities and institutions. The role requires close coordination with students, counsellors, universities, and the visa team to deliver a seamless admission experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify student documents for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor applications through university portals within stipulated timelines.
- Liaise with partner universities to follow up on applications, resolve queries, and secure offer letters.
- Guide students on admission requirements, outstanding documents, offer conditions, tuition fee payments, and acceptance procedures.
- Coordinate the issuance of offer letters, confirmation of enrollment (CoE), CAS, PAL, LOA, or other admission-related documents, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applications,



correspondence, and student information in the CRM/database.
- Ensure all admissions comply with university policies, country-specific regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Work closely with the Visa Team by handing over complete admission files and assisting with any admission-related clarifications required during visa processing.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and institutional partners to provide timely updates and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor admission deadlines, scholarship opportunities, and institutional updates to maximize successful outcomes for students.
- Prepare periodic reports on application status, offers received, pending cases, enrollments, and admissions performance.
- Represent the organization professionally while maintaining solid relationships with university representatives and stakeholders.
