Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lead React Developer with strong expertise in Micro Frontend architecture using Module Federation. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in development, capable of setting up configurations, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating across teams. Exposure to backend technologies and willingness to cross-skill is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable front-end applications using React.js.
- Architect and implement Micro Frontend solutions leveraging Module Federation.
- Set up and configure build systems, environments, and project structures.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor developers within the team.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, ensuring smooth integration of front-end and backend services.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and maintainable applications.




- Demonstrate flexibility to learn and work on backend technologies as needed.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux (or other state management tools).
- Proven expertise in Micro Frontend architecture and Webpack Module Federation.
- Solid experience in frontend configuration setup, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to review, refactor, and optimize code for scalability and performance.
- Strong understanding of web security, responsive design, and performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of at least one backend technology (Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Willingness to cross-skill and adapt to evolving technologies.
