Title: Senior Specialist -TC Functional
Location: Pune
Exp: 6-8 Years Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to PLM processes.
- Configure and support Siemens Teamcenter based on business needs.
- Work with stakeholders to design and implement Teamcenter functional solutions.
- Support Teamcenter implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and production issues.
- Configure workflows, change management, BOM management, and document management processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and prepare functional documentation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with PLM best practices and organizational standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum project activities and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills
- 6 8 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter (TC) Functional.
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts.




- Experience with Teamcenter modules such as:
- Document Management
- BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
- Change Management
- Workflow Management
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, and solution implementation.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter administration and configuration.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Teamcenter integrations with CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks) or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC).
- Exposure to Teamcenter upgrades, migration, and data management.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- PLM domain experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering is an added advantage.
