Role Overview

The Adobe AEM Developer / Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AEM solutions. The role includes hands-on development, code reviews, architecture validation, and collaboration with analytics teams to enable seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Adobe AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations
- Lead and guide development teams in delivering high-quality, optimized code
- Review designs, validate architecture, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews
- Collaborate with analytics teams to integrate Adobe Analytics and CJA
- Participate in project estimation, solution planning, and technical risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and quality processes
- Support client interactions, issue resolution, and delivery governance

Required Skills Qualifications




- Robust hands-on experience with Adobe AEM (Sites, Components, Templates, Workflows)
- Good understanding of AEM architecture and design fundamentals
- Experience with Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics integration with AEM
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Experience in estimation techniques and delivery planning
- Understanding of SOLID principles, code quality, and testing tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
