About the Role

Sowedane IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with proven experience in IT Services and Technology Sales. The ideal candidate should have expertise in lead generation, cold calling, email campaigning, and business development, with a robust ability to generate qualified opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other outbound sales strategies.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients across the US, UK, EMEA, and APAC markets.
- Promote and sell Web Development, Custom Software Development, IT Consulting, IT Services, Offshore Development,



SaaS, PaaS, and FinTech solutions.
- Schedule meetings, discovery calls, and product/service demonstrations with key decision-makers.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with technical and delivery teams to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills Experience
- 3 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
