To lead and manage batch process production operations for Hydro SF unit at Ekalbara, ensuring achievement of production targets, adherence to safety and quality norms, and effective coordination with service departments for uninterrupted plant operations.

Principal Accountabilities
- Lead production execution for Hydro SF batch process as per daily planning and AOP/RRP targets to achieve desired output and productivity.
- Monitor and control batch process parameters and operations to ensure consistent product quality, yield, and process stability.
- Coordinate with maintenance, utility, and service departments to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and quality norms to maintain safe and compliant production workplace.
- Supervise and develop plant manpower including shift engineers and operators to ensure effective execution of batch operations and continuous improvement.
