Roles and Responsibilities:
Innovate and Explore: Stay current with new technologies and industry trends, particularly in AI and agent-driven development. Conduct technical "spikes" and proof-of-concepts to evaluate current tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns,

Develop and Deliver: Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality, scalable products and features from end to end, with a focus on AI-driven development.
Collaborate on Requirements: Partner with Product and Design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with our long-term vision.
Ensure Quality: Write and review code, develop test plans, and create automated tests to ensure features meet the highest quality standards.
Troubleshoot and Resolve: Actively participate in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving production issues.
