Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Generate leads and support sales conversion activities
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign support
- Achieve daily calling and performance targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM and call management systems
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Fluency in Hindi and English
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 2 years of telecalling or customer support experience preferred
