Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead .NET Developer to guide the design, development,
and deployment of robust, scalable, and user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate will
combine deep technical expertise in the Microsoft stack with a strong leadership mindset,
contributing both as a hands-on developer and a mentor to the team

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable .NET-based web applications and APIs.
Provide technical direction, perform code reviews, and guide the development team on
best practices and design principles.
- Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on performance,
scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to drive
product and technical excellence.
- Architect and implement complex backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, and
RESTful APIs.




- Design database schemas and ensure e icient querying and data handling using
Microsoft SQL Server.
- Lead performance tuning, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives for web
applications and APIs.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and
technical guidance.
- Take ownership of deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle
management.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, evaluate current tools, and introduce
innovations to improve development processes
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using the Microsoft
stack.
- Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and Web API development.
Strong frontend understanding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular
or React (preferred).

services.
