Role Executive/Senior Executive Human Resources

Right4Paws is inviting applications from ambitious and high energy individuals for the role of Executive/Senior Executive Human Resources to manage recruitment, learning & development and employee performance management.

Job Description
- Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for open positions.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline.
- Manage the onboarding processes and ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the company environment.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.




- Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and engagement.
- Develop and support employee engagement initiatives tailored for the need of employees.
- Maintain and up-to-date employee records, ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Assist in perks administration, including enrollment, communication, and addressing employee queries.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes, such as documentation, reporting, and filing.
- Working closely with functional teams and the exiting employee to process all exit formalities and documentation.
- Analyse the attrition across various parameters and contribute to decision making processes.
