Job Description About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist who can develop powerful content concepts for social media creatives for brands across platforms. You should have a solid command of the English language, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to ideate, script, and collaborate on content that builds brand presence and engagement.

You will also be expected to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others to assist in ideation, scripting, and content scaling so comfort and experience with prompt writing is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching about different brands, products and services, competitors, and creating a comprehensive content communication strategy for any brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling formats tailored to each brand's tone and audience.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to draft content, explore creative angles, generate campaign ideas, and optimize writing workflows.
- Write compelling copy,



captions, ad scripts, video descriptions, brand messages, and more.
- Creating Social Media monthly calendars.
- Being vigilant to the industry's latest trends to come up with breakthrough ideas
- Understanding client requirements and accordingly creating the content strategy.
- Collaborating with Graphic Designers and getting creative for your campaigns and calendars
- Reporting project progress and performance.
- Being a team player and mentoring young executives
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media strategy.
- Ability to create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms.
- Familiarity and comfort with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, etc.
