Job Summary

Role: Java Support Engineer
- Minimum 4 years of IT experience, with 2 to 3 years of working experience with Software Product Companies.
- Hands on Experience in Debugging the production issues and customer defects.
- Should have worked in enterprise product and integration of system as well as applications in multi-faced workplace.
- Should be able to debug and differentiate between system environment and application/product issues.
- Knowledge on Linux, Jenkins (with CI/CD), JIRA. Should have experience in Java to read developer code.
- Some knowledge of VMs internals (VM Life cycle management); basic is enough.
- API testing experience.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Investigate and root cause technical problems with system integration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement those improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.




- Experience in writing SQL queries and knowledge in handling RDBMS systems like SQL Server, Oracle, and HANA.
- Worked with defect management tools like JIRA; communication & collaboration management through Confluence/Slack/Teams is favorable.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a changing setting.
- Highly motivated with good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
