Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree, Diploma, or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Robust business acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead analytics initiatives and influence business decisions through data.
- Consulting of supported functions (CSMs, Field Service, etc).

Creation of technical and functional specifications associated with data architecture and data design.

- Works with the Database Administration team to design tables, queries, and packages to obtain information from and send information to different databases.
- Designs, develops, and implements dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis.
- Monitors report and data availability and proactively communicates with clients on delays and issues.

Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel/VBA, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and relational databases.
