Sales & Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving growth, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and customers
- Conduct regular sales calls and client meetings
- Maintain and update the client database
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Own conveyance with a valid driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness to join immediately or within a short notice period
