Qualification Required: Post Graduate degree from in one of Commerce, Economics, Environmental Science, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics or related fields

Experience Required:
- Prior work experience in relevant organisation/projects will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of and a keen interest in the development sector work would be preferred.

Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication (oral and written), negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Having proficiency in statistical software is desirable
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

The Role

The PCI Research team comprises highly qualified professionals with advanced technical expertise and robust research capabilities.



Leveraging state-of-the-art technologies for data collection and applying innovative, rigorous methodologies tailored to the specific needs of each study, the team delivers high-quality evidence to inform programs and policy.

The team leads a wide range of research and evaluation studies for both PCI and external partners, employing experimental, quasi-experimental, mixed-methods, theory-based, and participatory research approaches. In addition to conducting research and evaluations, the team provides strategic measurement, learning, and evaluation (MLE) support to PCI program teams by strengthening routine monitoring systems, designing concurrent measurement frameworks, and contributing to the development of competitive grant proposals with robust evidence and learning components.
