We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of PROGRAMME AND PROJECT SERVICES ANALYST

Purpose of the role

The Programme and Project Services Analyst is part of the Central Portfolio Project Management Office (PMO) of the, Group COO Transformation Services.

The activities are centralized around the Portfolio/Programme Governance, assurance, resource and work planning & control, budget management, benefit management and change management.



This role will act as a source of guidance and provide governance and metrics to the global change initiatives and in supporting the delivery leaders for making strategic decisions. This role helps initiatives adhere to the HSBC Change Framework, using the standard project management tools aligned to the group’s Strategic Tooling Spine such as Clarity and JIRA.
In this role, you will be:
- Support schedule/plan management, identify, and monitor internal/external dependencies and milestones for successful delivery of Portfolio/Programme outcomes in line with agreed delivery plans.
- Design and maintain delivery dashboards for insightful visualisation of flow of project plan, key milestones, dependencies to support decision-making. support and co-ordinate monthly Governance meetings and prepare materials for key Programme/ Project level meetings.
- Support portfolio investment allocations, benefit projections & a holistic view of the financial performance and ensure those are in line with defined Portfolio strategy, customers & business
