Position Overview

The Data Analyst Apprentice role provides an opportunity to begin a career in data analytics within a leading commercial real estate organization. This entry-level position combines on-the-job training with structured learning to develop foundational analytical skills, technical proficiency, and business acumen. The apprentice will work closely with experienced analysts and cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making across JLLs operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection Preparation The apprentice will assist in gathering data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. They will learn to clean, organize, and prepare datasets for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This foundational work supports the broader analytics team in delivering reliable insights to business stakeholders.

Basic Analysis Reporting Under supervision, the apprentice will perform descriptive statistical analysis, identify basic trends and patterns,



and contribute to regular reporting processes. They will help maintain standard reports and dashboards, learning to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Data Visualization Support The apprentice will assist in creating charts, graphs, and visual representations of data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. They will learn best practices for data visualization and support the development of dashboards that make information accessible and actionable for business users.

Documentation Quality Assurance Maintaining transparent documentation of data processes, methodologies, and report specifications is essential.
