Roles Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting severity 1 2 issues in the devices.
- Provide support to Network hardware/software/configuration as assigned by Monitoring Team. Timely closure of incidents. Quality of resolution notes.
- Keep customer satisfaction high
- Reduce user downtime.
- Analyze chronic problems.
- Provide Industry best practices and Standards.
- Maintain the hardware Inventory Update to date
- Provide specialized hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution.
- Route physical problems to onsite hands and feet support staff
- Coordinate H/W Maintenance activity with 3rd Party for hardware installation, troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues
- Upgrades based on new technology/Recent deployments




- Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP s)
- Network Capacity Planning
- Packet Capture Analysis

Device Knowledge : Cisco Routers/Switches/Cisco ASA/PaloAlto/Citrix Load balancers/Zscaler/SDWAN

Project Competencies and Behavioral Competencies : Resolve technical issues ensure smooth operation Maintaining client SLA.

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders.

Certification expected : Knowledge of CCNA and CCNP is highly desirable.
