Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Lead the collection and analysis of business requirements for onboarding processes across digital platforms.
- Data Gap Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to identify system inconsistencies and recommend areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams Product, UX/UI, Development to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive user stories, functional documents, and process flows with accuracy and precision.
- Agile Methodologies:



Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs, sprints, and project tracking following Scrum or Kanban practices.
- Meeting Leadership: Conduct and lead meetings independently, driving decisions, gathering feedback, and resolving ambiguities.
- User-Centric Focus: Work closely with UX designers to translate customer needs into seamless onboarding experiences.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product or technology-driven setup.
- Strong background in requirement gathering , data gap analysis , and stakeholder engagement .
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban .
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams for customer-facing platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving discussions independently.
