Job Summary Were looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our growing Sales team. As the first point of contact for inbound leads, youll qualify prospects, understand their business requirements, maintain CRM records, and coordinate discovery meetings with our Business Development team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to IT Sales, Lead Qualification, CRM Management, and Client Communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound enquiries received through the website, LinkedIn, email, and other marketing channels.
- Research prospective clients and understand their business, project requirements, and decision-making process.
- Qualify leads by identifying business goals, project scope, budget, timeline, and technical requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer information, interaction history, and follow-up schedules in CRM (GoHighLevel).




- Coordinate discovery meetings and product demonstrations with the Business Development team.
- Support proposal discussions, customer follow-ups, and documentation throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Finance teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Track daily activities, maintain sales reports, and achieve assigned lead qualification and follow-up targets.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Comfortable speaking with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
