Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Lead end-to-end UI/UX initiatives across multiple products and business domains.
- Define visual direction and experience strategy for digital products media.
- Establish and maintain high standards for usability, accessibility, consistency, and design quality.
- Drive design reviews and ensure deliverables meet business and user expectations.
- Team Leadership Quality: Mentor and guide designers through regular reviews and constructive feedback.
- Identify UX, UI, accessibility, and interaction gaps by reviewing ongoing work.




- Improve design quality through hands-on execution whenever necessary.
- Promote best practices, design systems, reusable components, and AI-enabled workflows across the team.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, continuous learning, and experimentation.

Delivery Planning Execution
- Plan UI/UX activities across project lifecycles.
- Estimate design effort, prioritize work, and manage design timelines.
- Ensure smooth execution from discovery through delivery and developer handoff.
- Create high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and design specifications.
- Support successful releases by collaborating closely during implementation.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
