We are seeking an experienced Senior PCB Design Layout Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex PCB layouts for power electronics and embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PCB design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.
- Design and develop high-quality PCB layouts for power electronics, embedded systems, and other related products.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate schematic designs into functional and manufacturable PCB layouts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in PCB design, including DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability).
- Optimize PCB layouts for electrical performance, signal integrity, thermal management, and reliability.
- Perform design rule checks (DRC) and layout versus schematic (LVS) checks to ensure design accuracy.




- Work with the mechanical engineering team to integrate PCB designs with enclosures and mechanical constraints.
- Interface with PCB manufacturers to ensure the accuracy of Gerber files, BOMs, and other manufacturing documentation.
- Review and approve PCB designs, ensuring they meet all project requirements and timelines.
- Mentor and guide junior PCB designers in best practices and advanced techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in PCB design tools, techniques, and industry trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PCB design, with a focus on high-speed, high-density, and multi-layer designs.
- Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics.
- Solid understanding of signal integrity, EMI/EMC considerations, and thermal management in PCB design.
