Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented WLAN / Wi-Fi Certification Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Wireless LAN (WLAN) concepts and a strong, proven track record of successfully executing and troubleshooting the Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA) certification process. This role involves working closely with development and QA teams to ensure our products meet all WFA standards and pass certification testing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

1. WFA Certification Execution: Lead and execute Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA) certification test plans for various programs (e.g., Wi-Fi 6, WPA3, Agile Multiband etc.,).
2. Testbed Setup Maintenance: Configure, calibrate, and maintain WFA-approved testbeds (Sigma testbeds), including reference access points, station devices, and test tools.
