Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Employer Branding:
- Own and drive the entire recruitment process, from workforce planning to final onboarding.
- Develop proactive hiring strategies to attract, hire and retain high-quality talent for development, engineering, data science, product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, ensuring continuous engagement with high-potential candidates.
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals such as Naukri, Indeed Instahyre, headhunting, employee referrals, talent communities)



to identify and attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and streamline interview processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create a compelling employer brand, positioning Avivo as a top destination for AI and SaaS professionals.
- Lead campus hiring initiatives and develop strategic partnerships with universities and industry bodies.
- Design and manage candidate experience programs to ensure a seamless and engaging hiring journey.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring strategies to refine hiring approaches.
