JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our digital transformation team in Operations. This role will focus on designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces for our banking platforms, while also supporting multimedia content creation including video editing for customer education, marketing, and internal communication.

Key Result Areas.

User Interface Experience Design
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile banking applications, ensuring alignment with brand and accessibility standards.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how products function and look.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.





Video Multimedia Production
- Design and edit short-form videos for product walkthroughs, tutorials, and promotional content.
- Work with internal teams to storyboard and script video content aligned with campaign goals.
- Ensure all multimedia assets are optimized for various platforms (web, mobile, social media).

Collaboration Governance
- Work closely with UX researchers, developers, and compliance teams to ensure designs meet regulatory and security standards.
- Maintain and evolve the design system and UI component library.

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and multimedia design.

Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships.
- Multi-discipline, multi-cultural work force involving financial and non-financial processes across UAE IBG Ops including in-house and offshored vendor managed processes
